Where they were starting from.
The client had moved a growing business platform into the cloud. As the environment expanded, so did the number of users, services, permissions and integrations. Security had become difficult to manage consistently. Key concerns included excessive user permissions, privileged account exposure, misconfigured cloud services, limited security monitoring and inconsistent access policies.
Two decisions that shaped the outcome.

What We Did
OnyxEra reviewed the client's cloud environment from both infrastructure and identity perspectives.

The Solution
We created a prioritised security improvement plan covering Identity, Access, Infrastructure, Monitoring and Remediation. High risk issues were addressed first, followed by improvements to access management and ongoing monitoring.
Stronger access controls, reduced unnecessary exposure and clearer visibility across the client's cloud environment.

The seven areas reviewed, and the prioritised plan they fed: Identity, Access, Infrastructure, Monitoring, Remediation.
