What we collect

We collect only what you choose to send us. There is no account system, no advertising network and no behavioural tracking on this site.

• Contact form: your name, email address, and optionally company, service of interest, budget range and the message you write.
• Email and phone: whatever you include when you contact us directly.
• Server logs: our host records standard request data such as IP address, user agent and requested URL, for security and reliability.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is your light or dark theme preference.

How we use your information

We use what you send us to answer your enquiry and, if we go on to work together, to deliver and administer that work. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

Who else can see it

Our website is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting, so requests to this site pass through Google's infrastructure. Email you send us is handled by our email provider.

We share your information with no one else unless you ask us to, or unless we are required to by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as they are commercially useful and then deleted. Records connected to paid work are kept for the period applicable tax and corporations law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@onyxeratech.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, contact us first and we will try to resolve it. You may also have a right to complain to the data protection authority in your own jurisdiction.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
